AIsthet did not begin as a company. It began, for me, as a conviction: that the earth contains far more glory than it currently shows, and that intelligence used rightly could help shape that gap.

I set that conviction in 2016, when AI was still mostly a question and most of what could be known about it came from books and films. My work then was learning. I was reading the field, watching the future being written, trying to understand what would be possible once the tools caught up to the imagination.

By 2019 the conviction had hardened. But what hardened was not the belief that AI would arrive — by then, everyone could see that. What hardened was the belief about response. The right response to its arrival was not another invention. It was a way of building. Working systems. Functional visions. Disciplines whose purpose was to shape the earth into something more habitable than the one we met. A kind of terraforming, not only of the planet, but of the operations, presence, and people that move on it.

AIsthet developed slowly from there. Through years of reading, building, deciding what to keep and what to leave behind. The abstract became practical. The vision evolved without changing direction. What was unclear became clear; what was clear became infrastructure.

The three divisions, Systems, Studios, Academy, exist because the same intent expresses itself across three different terrains. They are not separate companies. They are one project, expressed three ways. Others will follow as the work matures.
