Operational infrastructure,
designed and built.

AIsthet Systems builds the ground a serious business runs on — connected operational infrastructure designed for how the business actually works, and built to keep working as it grows.

A business runs on its operations, not on its ambitions. The gap between the two is where systems live — or don't.

Most operational problems do not look like operational problems at first. They look like a team that keeps getting busier. A founder who stays in everything. Leads that arrive but never convert at the rate the volume should produce. Tools that were supposed to fix a problem but only moved it somewhere else.

What is actually breaking is structural. The business has outgrown the way it was set up to run. Manual effort, instinct, and individual heroics were enough at one scale — and become the bottleneck at the next.

AIsthet Systems builds the layer that closes that gap. Not isolated tools. Not bolt-on automations. Connected operational infrastructure designed for how the business actually works, and built to keep working as it grows.

Four operational layers,
one coherent system.

Each engagement is scoped around what the business actually needs. The four areas below are where Systems work concentrates — and where the layers connect to each other once they are built.

01
Lead Qualification Infrastructure
Structured intake that scores, routes, and responds to inbound inquiries before any human on the team is involved. Designed for the channels the business already runs on, tuned to the signals that matter in its industry.
02
Workflow Automation
The manual steps between inquiry and outcome — handled automatically. Follow-ups, briefs, escalations, status updates, internal notifications. The work that used to depend on someone remembering, handled by the system that does.
03
CRM Integration & Pipeline Design
Pipelines built or rebuilt to reflect how leads actually move — every record connected, every conversation logged, every stage doing real work. The CRM stops being a list and starts being infrastructure.
04
Business Process Design
Systems-level thinking applied to how the business operates end to end. AIsthet maps the breakdowns, designs the connective structure, and build the layer that turns separate parts into one operation.
The engagement

The Keystone
Engagement.

Keystone is the first significant build between a business and AIsthet Systems. It is the engagement that establishes the operational layer the business will run on from that point forward.

AIsthet does not sell strategy documents. AIsthet does not sell trials. Keystone delivers a working system — production-ready, integrated with the business's existing tools, and built to a defined operational outcome. The system is owned by the business at the end of the engagement.

Engagement scope is set during the operational audit. Timeline follows scope. The deliverable is infrastructure that holds.

Every engagement is scoped to the business.
Pricing follows the scope. AIsthet discusses it directly once the scope of the system is clear. Not before, and not from a menu.
The Keystone
Engagement

AIsthet's establishing Systems engagement. The work is to design and build the operational system that closes the gap between how the business currently runs and how it needs to run from here.

What you receive
A production-ready operational system, live in the business at the end of the engagement
Written operational documentation: how the system runs, how it integrates, how it is maintained
Integration with the business's existing tools: CRM, channels, internal workflow
Handover and team training, so the system is owned and operable by the business from day one
An open line for evolution work, if the operation grows past what was originally built
Engagements begin with a Systems Evaluation. Limited engagements per quarter.

How working with Systems
actually unfolds.

Every Keystone engagement moves through the same five stages. The work inside each stage is shaped by the operation; the structure of the engagement stays constant.

01
Engagement Fit
Before anything begins, AIsthet evaluates whether this is the right engagement for both sides. The assessment covers the operation, the scope of work, and the readiness of the business to take ownership of what gets built. The conversation is direct in both directions.
Pre-engagement
02
Operational Audit
AIsthet documents the business as it currently runs: the channels, the manual processes, the breakdown points, the places where time and revenue are leaking. The audit is the source material for everything that comes after.
Discovery
03
System Design
The system is designed before it is built. Architecture, signal logic, integration points, handover specifications. The design is locked and signed off before any production work begins.
Design
04
Build & Deploy
The system is built to the design, integrated with the existing tools, tested against real operating conditions, and brought live. By the end of this stage the infrastructure is running in the business.
Implementation
05
Handover
The system is owned by the business. Handover includes documentation and team training, so the operation runs the system on its own. AIsthet stays available for evolution work if the business grows past what was originally built.
Ownership

A Keystone engagement,
in production.

The first Systems engagement deployed at industry scale. The pattern is the engine AIsthet builds with. The industry below is the first it has run inside.

Solar installation · Ibadan

SolarGate. The lead qualification system,
in production.

Two solar installation companies. Thirty live inbound inquiries through one operational cycle. Every inquiry scored. Every lead routed. Every conversation met by the right response. The engineering team stopped fielding low-signal traffic and started spending time only on the conversations that warranted it.

Solar is the first industry SolarGate runs in. The engine adapts. The industries it serves next will be different — the system underneath will be the same.

Who Keystone
is built for.

Not every business is ready for a Systems engagement. AIsthet assesses this directly, and says so clearly when it isn't the right fit yet.

Good fit
The business is handling inquiry or operational volume the team cannot process manually at the quality it requires.
Volume is present. Some of it is good, some of it isn't, and the team cannot tell the difference fast enough. The conversations that matter are being delayed by the ones that don't.
Good fit
The team is spending time on work that should not depend on a human doing it manually.
Follow-ups sent by hand. Records updated by memory. Tasks assigned through messages. The business has grown past what manual effort can sustainably hold. It just hasn't been rebuilt yet.
Not yet
The business does not yet have consistent enough volume for systems work to produce a measurable return.
A qualification system built around a few inquiries a month is not infrastructure — it's overhead. Volume must exist for the engagement to pay back the investment in the operation it improves.
Not yet
The team does not yet have the operational literacy to take ownership of a built system.
Infrastructure only holds when the people running the business can run it. Where that foundation isn't in place, AIsthet Academy is built for exactly this: the right first step before Systems work begins.

If the right category isn't clear, the Systems Evaluation answers that question. AIsthet assesses, tells you what it finds, and is direct about whether the engagement is right yet, including when the answer is to start somewhere else first.

The right infrastructure
changes everything.

We work with a limited number of businesses per quarter. If the business is reaching the point where manual effort is starting to cost more than it saves, this is the conversation. The first step is short and structured: a direct evaluation of whether Keystone is the right engagement, and what it would look like if it is.
